Sue Landis

Sue brings senior leadership experience across both corporate and entrepreneurial environments in New Zealand and internationally. Her work has focused on developing people and building the capability required to achieve critical business outcomes.

 

Following her corporate career, Sue founded and grew businesses across multiple industries in the UK, USA, and New Zealand, giving her a broad perspective on the challenges faced by both start-ups and large, complex organisations.

 

She works closely with executives and leadership teams to strengthen collaboration, improve team dynamics, and build high-performing, trust-based cultures. Her approach is practical and applied, ensuring leadership development translates into measurable performance and organisational impact.

 

Sue also brings experience leading large-scale transformation, including a global initiative spanning more than 70 countries, as well as developing high-performing teams in both business and international sport.

Stephen Landis

Stephen brings over 40 years of leadership and advisory experience, working with organisations across media, financial services, and advisory-led industries.

 

His background includes work with companies such as Time Warner, Citibank, and Barclays, as well as involvement in launching and scaling businesses, including a children’s publishing venture within The Walt Disney Company and a membership services organisation that grew to become one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States, culminating in a successful NASDAQ listing.

 

This experience informs a practical, commercially grounded approach to leadership development. It also underpins the view that leadership capability is not only developed internally, but can be extended outward through publishing and thought leadership.  He is the author of two Mindshift Publishing titles: Authority Authorship and Communication Skills At Work.

Robert Moutal

Robert Moutal is a former TV executive, producer, theater director, TV host, musician, and writer. Comfortable both in front of and behind the cameras, Robert has won 16 Emmy Awards for his work in television.

Robert is also known for his passion for learning and finding ways to save time and increase efficiency, whether it's in the context of television production or in his personal life. He is constantly exploring new methods and tools to optimize his workflow and maximize productivity, while still maintaining a high level of quality in his work.

Robert Moutal is the author of Lead With AI, published by Mindshift Publishing. His work focuses on how leaders move beyond tools and begin to think strategically about AI. Through Mindshift Learning, Robert delivers a course of the same name, translating these ideas into practical leadership capability.
