Conflict Resolution
Understand the tension. Navigate with skill. Restore and strengthen relationships.
Overview
Conflict is a natural part of any workplace where people bring different perspectives, priorities, and communication styles to the table. When handled well, it becomes a catalyst for deeper understanding, stronger relationships, and better outcomes. This program equips participants with a modern, practical approach to conflict resolution, building the self-awareness, communication skills, and structured frameworks needed to recognize, navigate, and resolve conflict at every level. From understanding personal conflict styles to mediating disputes between others, participants develop the confidence to address tension early, constructively, and with genuine care for the relationship and the result. Drawing on the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument and a win-win negotiation approach, this program transforms the way people think about and respond to conflict in the workplace.
