Overview
The ability to facilitate well is one of the most sought-after and underrated leadership skills in modern organizations. A skilled facilitator does not drive the agenda or provide the answers. They create the conditions in which groups can think more clearly, engage more openly, and arrive at better decisions together. This program equips participants with a practical, modern facilitation toolkit, covering everything from session design and participation techniques to consensus building and managing disruption. With dedicated attention to virtual and hybrid facilitation, participants develop the confidence to lead productive group conversations in any environment, whether around a boardroom table or across a screen. Drawing on personal style insights, participants also explore how their natural tendencies shape their facilitation presence and how to flex that style for maximum group impact.
