Coaching and Mentoring
Unlock potential. Grow people. Lead a culture of development.
Overview
The most transformative thing a leader can do is invest in the growth of the people around them. This program equips leaders with the mindset, frameworks, and practical skills to coach and mentor with confidence and intention. Participants explore the distinct and complementary roles of coaching and mentoring, and learn how to apply the GROW model to unlock performance, build self-awareness, and support meaningful career development. Integrated with REACH Profile insights, the program helps leaders understand how their own communication style shapes their coaching relationships, and how to adapt their approach to connect more effectively with each individual. From powerful questioning and active listening to goal setting and feedback, participants leave with a complete coaching toolkit they can apply immediately.
