Communication and Influence for Leaders
Say what matters. Connect with intention. Lead through the power of your words.
Overview
Communication is the most visible expression of leadership. How a leader listens, speaks, questions, and connects directly shapes trust, culture, and results. This program goes beyond communication fundamentals to explore the art of influence, helping leaders understand their own communication style and adapt it with skill and intention across diverse people and situations. Drawing on personality profiling, neuroscience, and practical influence frameworks, participants develop the self-awareness and communication repertoire to cut through noise, build genuine connection, and move people toward shared goals. The result is a leader who communicates with clarity, credibility, and lasting impact.
