Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision-Making

Think sharper. Decide smarter. Solve what matters.

Overview

In a complex and fast-moving world, the ability to think critically, analyze information objectively, and make well-reasoned decisions is one of the most valuable capabilities a leader can develop. This programme goes beyond surface-level problem solving, equipping participants with a structured approach to evaluating information, challenging assumptions, and generating innovative solutions. Drawing on established frameworks including the Paul-Elder model, De Bono's Six Thinking Hats, and root cause analysis techniques, participants develop both the mindset and the practical toolkit to tackle real workplace challenges with clarity and confidence. Integrated with REACH Profile insights, this programme also helps participants understand how their personal thinking style shapes the way they approach problems, and how to flex that style for greater impact.
