Drawing on established frameworks including the Paul-Elder model, De Bono's Six Thinking Hats, and root cause analysis techniques, participants develop both the mindset and the practical toolkit to tackle real workplace challenges with clarity and confidence. Integrated with REACH Profile insights, this programme also helps participants understand how their personal thinking style shapes the way they approach problems, and how to flex that style for greater impact.
