This program equips senior leaders with the self-awareness, relational skills, and practical frameworks to elevate team performance from the inside out. Drawing on emotional intelligence, communication style awareness, and the Tuckman-Jensen model of team development, participants develop the capability to build teams that are aligned, accountable, and genuinely inspired to achieve. Leaders who complete this program know how to motivate through meaning, not just manage through process.

Learning Outcomes. Participants will be able to:

  • Identify their personal leadership and communication style and understand how it shapes team dynamics and performance

  • Apply the four domains of emotional intelligence to build stronger, more honest and inspiring relationships with their team

  • Assess the current level of trust within their team and take deliberate action across the four dimensions of trust: character, capability, communication, and caring

  • Apply the Tuckman-Jensen model to diagnose where their team is in its development and lead it confidently toward the performing stage

  • Adapt their leadership approach across each stage of team development, from providing clear direction early on to delegating with confidence in a high-trust team

  • Establish the team norms, rituals, and accountability practices that sustain high performance over time

  • Connect team purpose to individual motivation, inspiring commitment, pride, and a genuine drive to deliver results together
