Managing People and Performance

Set the standard. Develop your people. Deliver results together.

Overview

Great performance does not happen by accident. It is the result of clear expectations, ongoing development, timely feedback, and a leader who genuinely invests in the growth and success of their team. This program takes a modern, human-centered approach to people and performance management, moving beyond annual reviews and compliance-driven processes toward a dynamic, coaching-led model that brings out the best in individuals and teams. Participants explore their personal leadership style and its impact on team performance, learn to set people up for success through clarity and strengths-based development, and build the confidence to have the performance conversations that matter most, including the difficult ones. The result is a leader who manages performance not as a process to administer, but as a culture to build.
