Supervising Others
Step into your role. Lead with clarity. Build a team that thrives.
Overview
The transition from team member to supervisor is one of the most significant shifts in a person's career. The skills that made someone great as an individual contributor are different from those needed to lead, motivate, and develop others. This program is designed specifically for new and emerging supervisors who are navigating that shift, as well as those already in supervisory roles who want to sharpen their capabilities and confidence. Participants explore what modern supervision looks like across both in-person and remote or hybrid environments, developing practical skills in communication, delegation, goal setting, feedback, and conflict resolution. Drawing on REACH Profile insights, participants also gain a deeper understanding of their personal leadership style and how to adapt it to bring out the best in every team member, wherever they are working from.
